When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on apparel within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, candles, room sprays, wax melts, art prints, stickers, and custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Where are your products made?

Everything is designed and created in the Ozarks by our small team.

Is your artwork AI-generated?

No. We proudly feature artwork created by real artists. Every design begins with a human, not a prompt.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes. Our candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut apricot wax blend chosen for its clean burn and excellent fragrance throw.
